The Forgotten Veteran Resource Guide is a referral program designed to provide Veterans and Service Providers direct access to those programs and organizations dedicated to providing transitional services to veterans experiencing homelessness. One of those challenges is the ability to connect with the best suited person to assist the veteran in their transition including housing while providing a direct contact to someone familiar with the unique challenges facing veterans experiencing homelessness.  

The information you provide will help to create a concise guide for those with direct contact with veterans also have an equal direct contact with other veteran - oriented providers. The objective is to have a complete downloadable resource guide that is user - friendly for both provider and veteran. Please also take a moment to review any contact information that may already provided and make any changes. In addition to the information provided on the website, a printed version handout with scannable QR codes to website sections, special events, and   is available in binder form for providers. A pocket - sized handout is available at some libraries and for veterans visiting your organization.
