Veterans Questionnaire

Veterans Resources Questionnaire

Thank you for visiting The Forgotten Veteran. The focus of Veterans Justice Advocates and The Forgotten Veteran is to assist the homeless and justice-involved veteran with as many resources and as many options available for a successful transition.  For veterans or loved ones requesting services from Veterans Justice Advocates, the first step is to tell us a little about the veteran.

Whether transitioning from imprisonment back to the civilian world as a felon and unable to vote, or out of homelessness, these few veterans need a little extra support from our communities. Please feel free to offer as much information as possible as to properly assist the veteran. Do not be afraid to checkmark all that apply in each category.

If you are a veteran and either incarcerated or in a veterans homelss / transitional program and feel you are being abused or denied access to a drug-free and safe space, please consider filing a claim with Veterans Justice Project
